Registration and Payment Information

Terms & Conditions
Full payment of your registration fee is required prior to attending the conference.
All prices are in U.S. dollars ($).
Promotions and discount offers may not be combined.

To Register Online:
Please click on the Register Now button above to start the registration process. If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the promo code box at the end of the registration process. Payment for online registrations can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).

Team Discounts
Team discounts of 20% off each registration are available to groups of three or more registrants from the same company. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. To secure the team discount, please email our customer service department at aeroreg@rfidjournal.com.

Cancellation and Substitutions Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing a written notice to aeroreg@rfidjournal.com no later than Nov. 30, 2018. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued towards a future event produced by RFID Journal, less a 25% administrative fee. This credit may be used for one year, from the first day of the 2018 event, at any subsequent RFID Journal event. No credits will be issued after Nov. 30, 2018.

RFID Journal will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of God, war, government disorder, and curtailment of transportation facilities or any other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the conference and exhibition.

Substitutions will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Journal. All substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to customerservice@rfidjournal.com.

Confirmation/Conference Badge
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within two (2) business days of registration. However, most confirmation emails will be sent within minutes of completing your online registration and payment. Conference badges and educational materials will be available onsite.

Assistance and Special Needs
RFID Journal will accommodate your special needs or requirements during your attendance at the conference. Please email customer service at customerservice@rfidjournal.com with your request.
